Essay question:
The general duty of care is the foundation of WHS law providing the means by which safety obligations in the workplace are enforced. With reference to three different duty holders who hold responsibilities in the workplace, describe how the duty of care applies to these duty holders and how enforcing these obligations might achieve better workplace safety.
